Role Overview
Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for Caregivers to deliver in-home senior care services throughout Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, and nearby towns. If you enjoy helping people feel safe and comfortable at home, you'll fit right in.
In this role, you will:
- Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and basic nutrition support
- Provide light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, general cleaning/organization)
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
- Keep the home environment clean, safe, and welcoming
What we're looking for:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (travel between towns may be needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in client homes
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required

Shift Snapshot
Your day kicks off with a quick hello and a friendly check-in, then you follow your client's usual flow-whatever helps their home feel easy and familiar. Expect a blend of conversation, simple routines, and those "that helped a lot" moments, like sharing a laugh over coffee or getting a space back to calm.
Between homes, you'll cruise the back roads around Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, and Rutland, jot down notes, and keep communication clear and upbeat. Some shifts are smooth sailing; others need a little creativity and patience. You'll head out knowing you made the day lighter.
