Summary of Responsibilities:

As we continue to modernize and evolve our technology landscape, we are seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to guide our technology portfolio and help ensure every technology investment advances business value, operational excellence, and organizational success.While ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace, this role requires relocation to Wisconsin and is not available for remote work.
Essential Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Lead technology portfolio planning, intake, prioritization, and governance activities.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial stewardship, and investment transparency across the technology portfolio.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Oversee resource capacity planning and portfolio risk management.
- Lead executive reporting, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coach a high-performing portfolio management team.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive technology, PMO, portfolio management, or leadership experience.Â

The targeted base pay for this position is $148,300 to $173,000 annually.*Â Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.Â
*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
