Title: Machinist
Responsible Manager: Operations Manager
Location: Pflugerville, TX

Do you have a passion for additive manufacturing? Would you like to play a key role in the manufacturing process? We are looking for a CNC machine operator to program, set up, and run a variety of numerical computer control machines in our Pflugerville production facility.

Your Mission

•You will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining a CNC bed mill, CNC lathe, bandsaw, and wire EDM.
•You will develop and modify CNC programs to machine parts according to print specifications
•Inspect finished parts for accuracy.
•Collaborate closely with other members of the production team to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
•Maintain your workspace, tools, and equipment following 6S principles.
Your Talents
•You should possess a team-first mindset, be detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
•Experience programming three-axis mills and two-axis lathes.
•Knowledge of machining Aluminum, Copper, Titanium, and Stainless Steel.
•Proficient with precision measuring and part inspection.
•Must be able to read part prints and CAD drawings
•Experience with Solidworks, MS Office, SAP, CAQ, PC configuration, and network knowledge.
•Completion of a technical or associate degree program is a plus.
