The Difference You Will Make
The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all pool guests. This role provides customer service, maintains pool deck cleanliness, monitors facility rules, and supports daily pool operations. The Pool Attendant helps promote guest safety and enhances the overall pool experience. In this role you will verify resident access, check coolers, bags, and other items residents bring to the pool area to abide by liquor law guidelines.
What You’ll Bring:Â
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.Â
Basic understanding of pool safety.
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Minimum Qualifications
At least one (1) year of previous customer service experience is preferred.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work with long periods of standing, working in an outdoor pool setting. Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods of time.Â
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to direct sun outdoors, water, pool chemicals and weather elements.
Location and Travel: Â Â Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
