General Laborer

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily warehouse operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to maintaining a safe and organized workplace. The General Laborer will assist with loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and performing general warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Load and unload trucks, containers, and incoming shipments.
• Move, stack, sort, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and warehouse goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
