Direct Hire Sales Specialist Role $70,000 to $80,000 per year in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking to hire a Sales Specialist to join our partnersā team in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.Ā
This is a full-time, Remote with some local travel, DIRECT HIRE opportunity!Ā
Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist:
- Work with other healthcare and sales partners to establish relationships and build a pipelineĀ
- Utilize warm leads while also doing cold outreach to locate new partnership opportunities
Requirements for the Sales Specialist:
- Previous sales experience is a huge bonus but not required for the right person
- Healthcare experience is nice to have
- Strong desire to help build out a team and division
- Experience working in an ATS or CRM
- āHunterā mentality and willing to find new business from warm and cold leads
- Strong discipline and ability to work in a remote environment
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Sales Specialist:
- $70,000-$80,000 base salary, with uncapped bonus structure
- Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
- Schedule is M-F, Remote with some travel
