Job Details

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, Jefferson Collaborative for Health Equity, the Data Coordinator coordinates receives, uploads, organizes queries and reports data for use by leadership and staff for program and operational decision-making. Manages JCHE’s database tools and ensure proper sorting and organizing of databases.

Job Description

  • Obtain, upload, organize and track data from JCHE’s program and initiatives
  • Query and run regular reports for management
  • Transferring data upon request
  • Ensuring the proper sorting and organizing of databases
  • Perform data requests in a timely manner
  • Preparing data for meetings and presentations
  • Assisting staff with data entry methods
  • Collaborate with other team member, technical specialists, project managers, and data analyst
  • Maintain the integrity of data that contains Personally Identifiable Information
