Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment or delivery.
  

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials and packages.
  

• Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory within the warehouse.
  

• Deliver products directly to customers as needed, ensuring timely and professional service.
  

• Support other warehouse or on-site customer needs as required to meet order deadlines.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
  

• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  

• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and willingness to “get your hands dirty” to support customers and teammates.
  

• VantageClear Certification (or equivalent U.S. defense-industry compliance credential) required.
  

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for customer deliveries.
