Restaurant Shift Supervisor - Big Dean's UPENN

As a part of the team at Big Dean's Hot Chicken, you would be directly responsible for every client's experience, from the moment we greet them as they enter the store, to the last touches they get on their items before they sit down to eat. Are you looking for a restaurant job in a fun, fast-paced setting? Well, we are currently looking for Shift Supervisors to work on the line with us at our store!

Shift Supervisor's Responsibilities:

• Have thorough knowledge of setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning operations of store
• Able to work every station of the line successfully, including dishwashing, cashier, and preparing some of the ingredients used on the line
• Manage daily activities to achieve overall success, including delegating tasks to artisans, adhering to cleaning policies, opening/closing operations
• Assist in training, development, and creating a positive culture in general
• Organize, supervise, and run successful shifts, be it opening or closing
• Able to work at least 3 shifts, any combination of opening and/or closing
• Able to fulfill all responsibilities of the team member position

Shift Supervisor Compensation

• $ 16 / hour, plus tips
• TIPS CAN FLUCTUATE BASED ON BUSINESS, HOURS, AND STORE

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Greet guests when they enter the store
• Work different stations on the line to help guests as they order
• Consistently use prep tools/equipment to measure and assemble pizzas and salads
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant dining room, front line, and kitchen areas in accordance with company and health department standards.
• Able to work every station of the line successfully, including dishwashing, cashier, and preparing some of the ingredients used on the line
• Ring-up orders for guests using the Point of Sale system
• Take phone orders and wait on curbside pick-up customers
• Be a team player and communicate with co-workers
