Job Summary

As the Barback at the Stateside Vodka Bar, you’ll support bartenders and the floor team to keep service fast, organized, and guest‑focused. This hands‑on role maintains bar stations, restocks supplies, handles glassware and bussing, and helps ensure a clean, safe, and well‑stocked bar during shifts.

This position is a Saturday shift 6pm-12am with the availability to pick up Friday shifts as needed for onsite events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked for service.
• Keep the bar clean and safe: wipe surfaces, sweep, mop, and follow sanitation procedures.
• Clear and wash glassware quickly and efficiently; keep dishwashing area organized.
• Assist with deliveries and inventory: receive shipments, store product, and help track stock levels.
• Support opening and closing tasks including setup, breakdown, and secure storage of supplies.
• Follow all safety, health, and alcohol service policies.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use.
• Military experience is a plus.

Compensation

• $10-$12 USD per hour plus tips
