  • Identify, develop, and secure high-value partnerships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospect identification and relationship development through proposal strategy, contract negotiation, and award.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with market opportunities and business objectives.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders including Clinical Development leaders, Chief Medical Officers, Outsourcing teams, and operational decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with scientific, operational, marketing, project management, and legal teams to develop tailored client solutions.

  • Represent Quotient Sciences at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen brand awareness and generate leads.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

  • Minimum of five years' business development experience within a Phase I Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) or Clinical Pharmacology CRO environment.
  • Proven success selling early-phase clinical development, Clinical Pharmacology, or First-in-Human services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong understanding of biologics development, including areas such as monoclonal antibodies, RNA therapeutics, and oligonucleotide-based therapies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow strategic client relationships that deliver commercial results.
  • Established network of contacts within biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels, from scientific teams through to senior executives.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across global teams.
