Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to support our commercial renovation projects. This role involves performing high-quality carpentry work, including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and structural repairs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can work efficiently in both occupied and active job sites. You will be responsible for executing project scopes with precision. 

Key Responsibilities

General Carpentry

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including structural and metal framing, ceiling grid installation, storefront framing, bathroom partition installation, office partition installation,  trim work, doors, windows, decking, FRP installation, cabinet and vanity installation, and shower door installation.

• Execute demolition, reconstruction, and structural repairs based on project scope and drawings

• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately using hand and power tools

• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards

Project Execution

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and the scope of work

• Work efficiently to meet project timelines and deadlines

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and issues

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in carpentry (residential and/or commercial)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools

• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions

• Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
