These roles involve one-on-one behavioral support, skill building, and caregiver coaching engagement in the home, school, and community settings.   What We Offer: Hourly Rate: $19.00–$21.00 Schedule: Primarily day shift, with flexibility for some evening hours Office Location: Reed Street – South Philadelphia (community-based travel required) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA, 10 Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick & Personal Time, and robust voluntary benefits Clinical Support: Provided by program supervisors at community locations as well as weekly supervision, and frequent professional development opportunities. Student Loan Forgiveness: Bethanna is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Qualifications Key Responsibilities May Include: Provide direct behavioral support and 1:1 intervention to children and youth Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies in real-world environments Support caregivers and foster families through modeling and coaching Document progress and contribute to treatment/resiliency planning Participate in clinical supervision, team collaboration, and crisis communication Qualifications: Candidates must have the following: Bachelor’s degree required. Additional Requirements: Must be 21+ years old Clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background, Medicare/Medicaid Exclusions Checks RBT training required prior to hire Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills BCAT, or BCaBA certification preferred 2+ years of behavioral health experience working with children/youth preferred Commitment to trauma-informed care and continuous learning Bethanna is an Equal Opportunity Employer An open and equitable personnel system will be established and maintained.
