Job DetailsJob Location: Reed Street - Philadelphia, PA 19146SUMMARY:  The CUA Admissions Placement Coordinator is primarily responsible for completing the intake process for all new referrals for Bethanna’s CUA.  This includes reviewing all referrals to Bethanna CUA, obtaining all necessary admissions information, obtaining necessary background records and evaluations, assess appropriateness to continue the admissions process, schedule and conduct initial home visits, obtain the necessary signed consents from the legal guardian, and completing the intake packet.       ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Thoroughly review all new referrals to CUA Ensures the appropriate service level for each child entering services with CUA, based on the safety assessment completed Conduct initial home visits with the family and complete all required assessments Complete the intake packet and obtain ROIs Complete referrals for services as appropriate Attend Crisis Rapid Response (FEI) meeting if scheduled Attend 20-day Family Team Conference and initial internal teaming to share information learned from the review of the referral and initial contacts with the family. Communicates clearly his/her role with clients. QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in the field of Social Work or a related field.  Experience in child welfare, casework, or childcare is beneficial.  Experience working with children and families is preferred.
