Position Summary
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide supervision and hands-on support to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and behavioral health needs in community-based residential settings. DSPs support daily living skills, community integration, and person-centered goals while ensuring safety and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support individuals per person-centered ISP
Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, toileting)
Administer medications (as trained)
Provide transportation and support community integration
Complete required documentation
Collaborate with clinical and residential staff
Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required, associates or bachelor’s degree is preferredÂ
- Basic computer and internet literacy with the ability to utilize applications like emails, time recording and other programs to enter and retrieve data as necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Prior experience in the residential mental health services field, preferred.Â
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Subject to employment screenings, including FBI clearance. if applicable.
