Director, Legal AI & Practice Transformation

The Director, Legal AI & Practice Transformation leads the Firm’s efforts to implement AI-driven legal processes and modernize how legal services are delivered.

This role is responsible for identifying, designing, and scaling practical AI and technology solutions that improve legal operations, enhance client service delivery, and drive measurable business impact. A core priority is moving the Firm beyond experimentation and pilots toward sustainable, operationally embedded AI capabilities across legal practice groups.

The Director partners closely with lawyers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to redesign processes, implement scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption within the day-to-day practice of law.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, the Director works collaboratively with Practice Group Leaders, Practice Development, Knowledge Management, Enterprise Applications, Risk, Information Security, Procurement, and Learning & Development to support the Firm’s broader legal transformation strategy.
