Jefferson Health is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Emergency Radiologist to serve as Division Lead of Emergency Radiology within our nationally recognized academic radiology department. This is a premier leadership opportunity to shape the future of emergency imaging at a high-volume, Level 1 trauma and tertiary referral center.
The Division Lead will provide clinical, operational, and academic leadership, advancing excellence in patient care while driving innovation in workflow, education, and research within a fast-paced emergency imaging environment.

Leadership & Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision and operational oversight for the Emergency Radiology Division
- Interpret high-acuity emergency and trauma imaging in a high-volume academic medical center
- Partner closely with Emergency Medicine, Trauma Surgery, and subspecialty services to ensure rapid, accurate diagnoses
- Lead initiatives to optimize workflow, improve turnaround times, and enhance imaging protocols
- Oversee faculty scheduling and equitable shift distribution, including nights and weekends
- Mentor and support the professional development of faculty, residents, and fellows
- Drive quality improvement, safety, and performance initiatives
- Foster research, innovation, and academic scholarship in emergency imaging
Qualifications
- Board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training or substantial experience in Emergency/Trauma Radiology
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic or large clinical practice
- Strong interest in education, faculty development, and research
- Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
