## Job Description

EPIQ Logistics is a high-performing Amazon Delivery Service Partner committed to safe, reliable, and efficient delivery operations. We are looking for an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who can help lead daily operations, support drivers in the field, and ensure routes are completed according to company and Amazon standards.

This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on Amazon DSP dispatch experience, understands the pace of delivery operations, and can confidently manage driver communication, route progress, rescues, and performance expectations throughout the day.

## Position Overview

The DSP Dispatcher is responsible for helping coordinate the daily flow of delivery operations from route launch through end of shift. This includes monitoring driver progress, responding to issues in real time, coordinating rescues, communicating with Amazon leadership, and helping ensure all operational goals are met.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to lead with urgency and professionalism. This role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

## Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily dispatch operations and ensure route launches are completed efficiently and on time  

Monitor driver locations, route progress, and delivery completion throughout the day using Cortex  

Provide real-time support to drivers, including troubleshooting, rescues, route reassignments, and operational updates  

Track and manage key Amazon performance metrics, including DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch  

Develop and coordinate rescue plans to help maintain route efficiency and service commitments  

Adjust routes and driver assignments as needed based on volume, delays, call-outs, or operational needs  

Communicate directly with Amazon OTR leadership regarding route progress, driver issues, and daily performance  

Ensure drivers follow company procedures, safety expectations, and Amazon delivery standards  

Assist with coaching drivers on performance, accountability, communication, and process improvement  

Help identify operational challenges and provide timely solutions to support a smooth delivery day  

Maintain accurate records, monitor data, and support daily reporting as needed  

## Requirements

Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required  

Strong working knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and Amazon delivery performance metrics  

Ability to monitor routes, manage driver communication, and respond quickly to changing conditions  

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills  

Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced delivery environment  

Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure  

Professional attitude when communicating with drivers, management, and Amazon leadership  

Weekend availability and flexibility with scheduling  

Comfortable using computers, dispatch systems, spreadsheets, and performance tracking tools  

Ability to support team accountability while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
