ELA Teacher (Grade 3) - Full-Time
EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate ELA Teacher to support elementary school students in Philadelphia, PA for the 2026–2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English Language Arts lessons for elementary school students.
- Assess student progress and provide academic support as needed.
- Develop reading, writing, grammar, and critical thinking skills.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate student records and adhere to school policies..
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification.
- Strong knowledge of English Language Arts instruction and curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to support and engage students across elementary school grade levels.
