We are seeking a Engagement Support Specialist to join our team at our Germantown Avenue Clinic located in Philadelphia, PA.

 

This role is Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:00p with an hourly rate of $19.15.

 

Position Details

Responsibilities will include:

  • Exemplify customer service by answering phones and interacting with program members, staff, clinicians and visitors in a timely and pleasant manner.
  • Use the EHR to check-in Persons in Recovery (PIR) presenting to program ensuring they are not scheduled for services and do not have any active clinical holds before removing check-in.
  • Help to resolved PIR issues as they arise to avoid escalation to counselor or Supervisory staff.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • One (1) year of experience working in an office setting preferred. Experience working with substance use disorder population preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be proficient with standard office equipment.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
