Cozen O’Connor is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is critical in supporting the Firm’s strategic and financial objectives by analyzing, developing, and implementing competitive pricing structures for legal services, and by contributing to the development of reporting and analytics that guide such objectives .  This role collaborates with partners, firm leaders, and Finance to optimize revenue generation while maintaining client satisfaction.

Please note this is a hybrid work opportunity based in Philadelphia, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
