Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide: Â
- Minimum one year (recent) verifiable work experience providing patient care to adults
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living Â
- Light housekeeping Â
- Bathing Â
- Grooming Â
- Toileting  Â
- Range of motion / exercises Â
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices Â
- Oral feeding Â
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Â
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc. Â
- Assisting with ambulation Â
- Medication assistance Â
