Job DetailsJob Location: Philadelphia, PA - Philadelphia, PA 19154SUMMARY: Cultivate and maintain key business relationships with our largest Hospitality national accounts customers by fostering customer loyalty through elite inside sales and service techniques and consultative selling. Manage portfolio of large national accounts to achieve long-term success by maximizing and growing revenues. Work hand in hand with our field outside sales team and provide customer service support to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Management  Focus on providing top-notch service and dedicated support, with majority of time spent on strategic account management focusing on the growth of essentials and services. Obtain information about projects from the customer, manage the Opportunity from start to finish, quoting price and credit terms and preparing sales order. Develop and Maintain strong relationships with current account base and grow existing business. Troubleshoots problems and/or issues. Work closely with BDM staff to create demand for Almo services and essential product offerings. Uses expert product and services knowledge to up-sell the customer appropriately. Possesses ability to overcome objections or concerns by utilizing technical expertise. Leads Registration process and works with Registration desk to retain and grow sales volume that is governed by special pricing agreements with our vendor partners. Work efficiently and effectively with internal resources to appropriately support our customers. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proven inside sales experience with complex customer/large accounts, demonstrating a level of knowledge about the procurement model and execution of accounts. Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proven track record of being customer-centric and maintaining strong customer relationships Ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers Able to manage long and short sales cycles Ability to multi-task and exceed customer expectations and responsiveness Sound analysis and critical decision making skills Skilled listener, patient, empathetic and strong at conflict resolution. Create an environment of east, consistency and stability for large customers that require high touch and orchestration. The National Accounts position primary role is to create a white glove experience for every targeted customer. Customers serviced by this role should have an easy, streamlined experience with ProAV from beginning to end.
