This isn’t a role for someone looking for a "stepping stone"—it is for a dedicated practitioner who wants to become the backbone of a prestigious company’s operations. You will be the primary advisor to the COO and General Counsel, ensuring the company is protected through meticulous compliance, sophisticated policy management, and expert-level benefits administration.
  • You will lead the charge on FMLA, policy enforcement, and HR procedures. You aren't just following rules; you are advising senior management on how to mitigate risk and handle sensitive employee issues.
  • You will own the payroll cycle for the entire company. Hands-on experience with ADP is a plus.
  • You will manage a heavy volume of benefits administration, requiring a "no-errors" mindset and deep knowledge of health, 401(k), and life insurance programs.
  • From employee sourcing to staff integration, you will manage the full lifecycle of the company’s talent, ensuring a professional, seamless experience from first touch to first day.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record managing FMLA and complex employee relations.
  • Proficiency in ADP.
  • Exceptional discretion and the ability to interface directly with Senior Management.
