Daikin Applied is seeking an HVAC Sales Associate who will be responsible for selling opportunities for Daikin Parts in our store. This position will service customers both over the counter, over the phone, email as well as inventory management for identified store location. This role consists of parts identification, order management and stocking, receiving and general management of inventory. Location: Bensalem, PA  (onsite requirement in store M-F 8am -5pm Eastern)

What you will do: 

• Selling HVAC parts, equipment and supplies over the phone and in person interacting with customers on a daily basis
• Create solutions to customer needs by providing overall support and researching options including, but not limited to receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and overall customer complaints
• Assisting in inventory selection and management and ensuring that it is appropriately accounted for
• Communicate to management when pricing is not in line with market price and local product knowledge
• Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner thru Oracle system
• Drive customer policy enhancements based on need and make exceptions to customer policies and procedures where appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC or parallel industry parts store experience
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.72 - $42.44 an hour in PA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
