The Opportunity:

This role sits at the center of how the Marketing & Communications team brings its work to life: connecting strategy, creativity, and digital execution to ensure campaigns and initiatives move forward with clarity and coordination. 
 
Reporting to the Chief Marketing, Sales, and Communications Officer, the Integrated Marketing Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the Marketing team operates as a coordinated, high-functioning system. This role works across the department’s core pillars (Communications, Creative Content, and Campaigns/Conversions/Reporting CCR) to translate strategy into actionable plans and guide initiatives from concept to execution. 
 
This position requires a well-rounded marketing professional who understands how multi-platform campaigns are developed and executed. The Integrated Marketing Program Manager helps shape incoming requests, identify the right marketing channels and tactics, and ensure the appropriate teams are involved at the right time.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable plans and coordinate cross-team work across Communications, Creative Content, and CCRas well as our partners within the organization.
  • Guide cross-team campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment across marketing channels including digital campaigns, email, social media, web, PR, and creative production.
  • Determine the appropriate marketing channels, teams, and resources needed to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Own and manage the marketing team’s operational systems including intake processes, campaign briefs, and project management tools.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for major campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain visibility into team workload and project timelines and help identify capacity constraints or scheduling conflicts.
  • Partner with internal teams to translate project ideas into clear marketing plans and timelines.
  • Support the Marketing team’s quarterly planning processes and help maintain alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Provide visibility to the CMO and team leads on project status and opportunities to improve systems and workflows.

Qualifications + Specifications:

Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree preferred
Years of experience: Minimum 4–7 of years experience
Licenses/Certifications: None required. Project management certification is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required for Success:

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and how multiple channels work together.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, web, social, PR, and digital media.
  • Ability to evaluate marketing requests and recommend appropriate tactics and channels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working within project management platforms such as Monday.com or similar tools.
  • A systems-oriented thinker who can identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Commitment to the mission of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and PHS Values.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to traverse indoor and outdoor terrain for extended periods of time (up to an hour) if needed, and lift a maximum of 20 pounds. Most of the following physical demands are required during the annual Philadelphia Flower Show. 
  • Ability to work limited extended days and flexible hours, as needed, throughout the year and in preparation for the annual PHS Philadelphia Flower Show.
