Job DetailsJob Location: Reed Street - Philadelphia, PA 19146Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesCUA Intervention Director is an administrative position within the CUA organizational structure and is responsible for ensuring that Bethanna’s CUA Regions has an available array of evidence-based and other supportive services and interventions necessary to achieve the targeted goals of improving the safety, permanency and well-being of children, youth and families including ensuring strong and meaningful linkages to educational, behavioral and physical health services. They would closely with the Director of Community Engagement and report directly to the CUA Assistant Director.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES:- Ensures all evidenced based models utilized in the CUA are implemented with fidelity by working directly with the CUA leadership team to champion, introduce, assist with training, monitor fidelity and provide coaching/assistance in skill development. Directly supervises the Prevention Supervisors for Bethanna’s CUA Regions and indirectly the work of the following CUA positions: Well-Being Specialists Aftercare Workers Family Support Workers Parent Advocate Youth Advocate Life Skills Coach Ensures strong and consistent outcomes related to practice and scorecard success in the following areas: medical records, dental records, behavioral health access and documentation, and Case Life Skills assessments. Ensure that weekly supervision of staff occurs. Ensure a minimum of a monthly unit meeting of Prevention staff Ensure collaboration with Case Management Units to coordinate assignment of tasks to prevention staff in working with persons served to provide Well-Being, Life Skills, Aftercare, and Mentoring services. Qualifications-Master's Degree in a Human Services related field. At least five years' supervisory or administrative experience in a Human Services program, preferably Child Welfare. Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements. Good oral and written communications skills in English. Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, co-workers and visitors.    Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.  Ability to learn and effectively operate other software packages as needed and required. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: The employee will have access to a personal car, to be used for transportation purposes during work. The CUA Intervention Director will possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (unless living in another state during the employment period), vehicle registration, car insurance, and have a safe driving record.
