SSH Facilities is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully complete work order driven repairs within stated time frames
Perform routine preventive maintenance and life safety checks on commercial buildings
Estimate repairs for quotes and oversee work performed by outside contractors
Work as a team on large-scale projects
Must be available to respond to emergencies during regular on-call rotation
Clearly and accurately notate and document
Communicate clearly and regularly with dispatch and office staff.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial building maintenance
Possess a set of basic hand tools
Should be hard working, dependable, and possess a positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screen
Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops).
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
