Maintenance Technician – Join the CRM Residential Team!

Love fixing things, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work? CRM Residential is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential community safe, clean, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Complete maintenance work orders and basic repairs
Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical, and other building maintenance needs
Help prepare and clean vacant apartments
Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, common areas, and equipment
Assist with property and unit inspections
Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call coverage as required
Provide professional, respectful service to residents
Follow all company and workplace safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement
Previous commercial or multi-unit residential maintenance experience preferred
Specialized skills and/or current license or certification in at least one trade such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, fire protection, or mechanical
Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and customer-service skills
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, use ladders, and perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 55 pounds
