Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Participation Support (CPS) Staff / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual in the Mount Airy area. This role focuses on promoting independence, community engagement, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Â Provide direct one-on-one support in the communityÂ
- Â Assist with daily living and social activitiesÂ
- Â Encourage community participation and engagementÂ
- Â Support the individual in achieving personal goalsÂ
- Â Ensure safety and well-being at all timesÂ
- Â Maintain professional communication with the care teamÂ
Qualifications:
- Â Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferredÂ
- Â Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanorÂ
- Â Strong communication skillsÂ
- Â Ability to follow care plans and provide structured supportÂ
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Â Must pass background checks and clearances
