Job Title: Pharmacist

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Evening Shift 2:30pm-11pm (Monday-Friday w/ every 4th weekend)
Location: Nazareth Hospital - Philadelphia, PA

Position Purpose

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy/Pharmacy Manager and according to the established procedures of the pharmacy department, the staff pharmacist provides clinical support and distributive services in coordination with all levels of hospital personnel in order to achieve quality, safe and cost effective drug therapy for our patients. The pharmacist will give direction to technicians and interns as necessary for the purpose of completing all tasks in the delivery of patient care in accordance with hospital pharmacy. All registered pharmacists will insure that all medications dispensed to patients will receive a final check from a registered pharmacist, as written in the policies and procedures. The purpose is delivery of quality care commensurate with the age of the patient population for the said designated area. (ie. neonate through geriatrics).

​Minimum Requirements:

• Successful completion of PharmD program

• PA Pharmacist License
