We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in West Philadelphia, PA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care, working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, and helping patients improve their mobility, function, and quality of life.
You'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists, physicians, chiropractors, advanced practice providers, and support staff in a welcoming, well-established practice.
What We Offer

$60K–$83K annual salary, based on experience
Full-time Monday–Friday schedule Fridays end at 12 PM

What You'll Do

Assist the Physical Therapist with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities
Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation programs
Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and their plan of care
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team
Complete timely and accurate EHR documentation

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Pennsylvania PTA license
Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
