Overview

Position Summary The PMC Operations Project Manager is responsible for strategic project management at the highest level; development and implementation of project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources toensure operational efficiency and project success. The PMC Operations Project Manager will coordinate with customers, discussing project adjustments or additional tasks as needed, and lead project execution and deliverables by determining the team's needs and concerns, and enforcing strategicprocedures while partnering with the President of PMC Operations. The PMC Operations Project Manager will provide leadership and effective management in all areas of staffing and personnel administration project coordination.

 

Pay range: $110,000 - $120,000/year depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage projects in various areas by planning, implementing, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and following through with processes. • Craft unique ideas to sharpen staff work and create guides to make processes more efficient and accurate. • Refine existing processes within Pennrose and define clear strategies to help the same processes to improve performance in the market. • Manage contracts and review them for any discrepancies that need to be adjusted. • Gauge the performance of the various teams and recommend areas that need improvement and or possible changes to achieve goals. • Act on behalf of President of PMC Operations to answer inquiries. • Presenting Executive team and other Senior Leaders with detailed company operations analysis. • Lead meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination. • Identify areas of improvement across the organization, making actionable recommendations.

 

Qualifications

Performance Metrics • Percentage of tasks completed on time: Measure the proportion of tasks finished by their deadlines. • Average time for contract review: Measure the average time taken from receiving a contract to completing its review. • Follow-up completion rate: Track the percentage of follow-ups completed within the stipulated time frame. • Percentage of SOPs completed: Measure the proportion of standard operating procedures (SOPs) finalized and approved. • Time taken to complete SOPs: Track the time from initiation to completion for each SOP. • VP feedback score: Use feedback from VPs to assess the quality and thoroughness of the SOPs. • Problem Solving Ideas/Initiatives Ver. August 2024 • Number of problem-solving initiatives implemented: Count the number of new ideas or initiatives put into practice. • Success rate of initiatives: Measure the effectiveness of implemented initiatives based on predefined success criteria. • Employee feedback: Gather feedback from colleagues on the impact and effectiveness of problem solving initiatives. •The following serve to guide our behavior, way of operating, and decision-making throughout the organization. Required Education and Experience: • Minimum 7 years of Property Management experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or years of experience in property management • Proficiency in use of Microsoft office, Yardi, Excel • Knowledge of HUD regulations and LIHTC programs • Professional communication skills Working Conditions: • Ability to work periodic flexible hours is required. Ability to travel by plane and automobile is required. • Ability to work at property locations within or near transitional neighborhoods – again with the support of PMC. • Ability to climb stairs, take elevators, bend, squat and reach overhead.
