Poolside Housekeeper

Position Overview

Germantown Cricket Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Poolside Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pool environment for our members and guests.

This role is critical to ensuring a high-quality member experience throughout the summer season.

 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all poolside bathrooms consistently throughout the day 
• Monitor and maintain pool deck cleanliness 
• Manage full towel operations, including: 
  • Washing, drying, folding, and restocking 
  • Transporting used towels to the laundry area 
• Ensure clean towels are fully stocked and available at all times 
• Remove trash from the pool deck and surrounding areas 
• Conduct hourly walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness standards 
• Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as needed 

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of wet towels 
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods 
• Comfortable working in heat and active environments 

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and stay on task 
• Dependable and punctual 
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
