Merakey is seeking a Remote OVR Program Manager to lead programs supporting individuals in achieving employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania.

(Remote – Must Live in PA)
Pay: $30.45 /hour | Monday–Friday

Position Details:

Oversee daily operations of OVR programs and ensure compliance with state requirements
Lead, coach, and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Manage referrals, service authorizations, and employment outcomes for individuals served
Monitor program performance, track data, and drive quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with OVR counselors, employers, and community partners
Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and billing aligned with OVR standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee relations as needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
3–5 years of experience in human services, workforce development, or related field
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
