Merakey is seeking a Remote OVR Program Manager to lead programs supporting individuals in achieving employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania.

 

(Remote – Must Live in PA)
Pay:  $30.45 /hour | Monday–Friday 

Position Details:

  • Oversee daily operations of OVR programs and ensure compliance with state requirements
  • Lead, coach, and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Manage referrals, service authorizations, and employment outcomes for individuals served
  • Monitor program performance, track data, and drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with OVR counselors, employers, and community partners
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and billing aligned with OVR standards
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee relations as needed

  • 3–5 years of experience in human services, workforce development, or related field
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
