What You'll Do

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals and other staff members
• Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure homes are safe, appropriately maintained, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain appropriate staffing coverage for residential programs
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to program emergencies as needed
• Oversee medication management, audits, and documentation requirements
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing regulations, and program standards
• Coordinate treatment team meetings and recovery-oriented services
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals related to recovery, independence, and community inclusion
• Attend medical, psychiatric, and treatment planning meetings as needed
• Monitor documentation, electronic health records, and program reports for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct staff supervision meetings, staff trainings, and team meetings
• Promote a culture of person-centered care and recovery

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Bachelor's Degree and/or three (3) years of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience within behavioral health, residential, or human services settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and develop staff
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and electronic records systems

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented and person-centered service models
• Residential program management experience

Schedule

• Full-Time Salaried Position
• Schedule based on program needs
• Participation in on-call responsibilities required
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and emergency situations as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs regularly
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally more as required
• Ability to travel between residential locations and community appointments
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
