Shift-differential pay for select shifts PTO for all employees Employee Assistance Program Free employee Black Card Membership Customer Service Representative (Closer) Responsibilities: Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment. Closing Responsibilities (Required): Must be able to close the gym at the end of shift. Closing times are 9:00 PM on Fridays and 7:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Closing duties include, but are not limited to: Ensuring all members have exited the facility at closing time Securing and locking all doors and entry points Taking out trash and replacing liners as needed Refilling cleaning and sanitation bottles/supplies Vacuuming and performing end-of-day cleaning of assigned areas Completing a final walkthrough to ensure the gym is clean, organized, and secure Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns before leaving QualificationsJob Requirements: Customer service experience High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Basic computer proficiency Must be able to work Friday -Sunday (not negotiable) Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
