SUMMARY:
The Pursuits Specialist provides critical support for the project procurement process and pursuit of new business. Daily responsibilities include developing and submitting multidisciplinary and collaborative proposals to a wide range of private and public sector clients. Coordinates proposal response and team assignments; supports proposal development and writing; writes and edits proposal narratives; and serves as proposal liaison to all Market Sector groups. Must champion + maintain DAVIS’ brand standards across the board.Â

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Â Â
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Construction related field, or equivalent experience Â
At least five (5) years of previous; minimum of two (2) years of which should be specifically with  proposal and presentation development related responsibilities; must have a demonstrated high level of experience and understanding of private + public sector proposal processÂ
Strong technical writing, editing and proof-reading experienceÂ
Strong experience level with GSA proposal forms and other technical government proposal preparationÂ
Expert organizational and time management skills to coordinate projects and people, prioritize and track  multiple projects simultaneously, and meet critical deadlinesÂ
Expert skill level + experience using MS office suite, various graphics and presentation programs (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite)Â
Strong ability to write creatively and to appeal appropriately to each audience with each messageÂ
Strong understanding of A / E / C industry, its dynamics and touchpointsÂ
Related certifications a plus (APMP and / or LEED accredited)Â

Proposal Development: Manages the development of multiple proposals, including response production, layout, and final deliveryÂ

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is
$80,000.00 - $105,000.00DAVIS is committed to providing our employees with a competitive total compensation package that enhances your quality of life.
