Summary:

Origlio, a family company that dominates the beer industry in the Southeastern, PA, is a 4th generation family owned employer, founded in 1933.  We have the luxury of delivering the great taste of excellence. Our Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Origlio Beverage products top of mind and fully stocked at all designated accounts. 

Essential Functions:   

Maintains product in Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs; transporting product between storage area and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck); utilizing hand tools; replenishing, facing, and rotating product; building, changing, and taking down product displays; maintaining product signage. 

• Auto reimbursement when NOT using a company vehicle. 
• Will touch all channels of Off Premise, Grocery and some On premise
• Duties include:
  • Route relief for vacation gaps
  • Assist in store resets

Physical Abilities:  

Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position product weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling; squatting; reaching above the head; reaching at the waist; reaching below the knees; and bending at the knees. Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck) containing product loads. Ability to climb ladders when needed and be proficient using hand and power tools. 

Candidates Must:  

Have a valid driver's license. Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Managing established sales routes and visiting retail, grocery, or bar accounts when the dedicated representative is on leave.

• Customer Service: Point-of-contact handling for order placement, troubleshooting delivery issues, and tracking product availability.
• Merchandising: Ensuring proper product placement, rotating stock according to freshness codes, and setting up promotional displays.
• Administrative Support: Handling data entry, processing invoices, and coordinating between the warehouse fulfillment teams and the sales department.
• College degree preferred
