Job DetailsJob Location: DENTISTRY FOR LIFE SITE HOLDINGS LLC - PHILADELPHIA, PA 19102Position Type: Full TimeThe Scheduling Coordinator role is important to practice success and is聽considered a sales position.聽 The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all leads are responded to promptly and provide an excellent representation of the practice during all correspondence with the potential patient. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain a high understanding of the practice鈥檚 lead to sales process. Nurture leads and opportunities as defined by the lead to sales process training. Be knowledgeable about the providers, types of care, promotions, and financing options available so that the lead鈥檚 questions are answered appropriately. Receive inbound calls and triage as appropriate. Coordinate lead鈥檚 necessary consult appointment and team member hand offs. Use Salesforce accurately, by entering correct notes and contact logs to ensure each contact is documented. Maximize the use of Salesforce by understanding the features and progressing your knowledge through the resources available. Track lead metrics as defined by the Supervisor. Track and follow up with all leads that have not scheduled surgery or kept their consultation appointment. Maintain individual and practice statistics (KPI-Key Practice Indicators) as assigned. Perform other duties as required. Required Skills and Abilities 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent verbal communication skills 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Superior interpersonal and customer service skills 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Has a professional and demeanor and pleasant phone voice 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic computer skills required and proficiency in MS products a plus 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to maintain persistency and positive call voice during periods of less than friendly respondents. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Goal oriented and career growth driven 聽 Education and Experience 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in dentistry is required, treatment consultant experience is preferred 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Highschool diploma required, higher education preferred. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 1+ years of prior call or customer service experience preferred. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Fluent in English required and Spanish as second language is a plus. 聽 Qualifications
