Security Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Full Time Security Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Supervise the Security Department that monitors retirement community buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry, and to protect the welfare and safety of residents and employees with assistance of the Director of Facilities.

• Schedule security officers so that all shifts are covered and the functions of policing, patrolling, and monitoring are completed on a continuous and ongoing basis.
• Conduct second interviews of replacement officers when needed. Train and orient new officers.
• Conduct fire drills as required and/or directed.
• Establish and maintain required files and records needed to perform duties such as fire drills, investigations, missing articles, etc.
• Answer the main telephone console during emergencies or cover when phone receptionist is not available.

Shift/Schedule available:

• Full-Time  8:00am-4:30pm including every other weekend, with availability to cover other shifts as needed.

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a policeman, fireman, or security officer desirable.
• Valid PA Driver’s License.
