We are looking for a Senior Data Platform Solution Architect (Architecture Senior Advisor) to design and deliver secure, scalable data and analytics solutions. This role helps turn business needs into clear, practical systems that support data use across the company. You will work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to make sure solutions are easy to build, cost-effective, and meet long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
Design data and analytics solutions from start to finish
Make sure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with company goals
Turn business needs into clear system designs that teams can build
Guide engineering teams to deliver strong, ready-to-use solutions
Design data platforms, including data flow, storage, and reporting
Support advanced analytics such as data products and AI/ML use cases
Work with teams to connect systems and improve data sharing across the company
Partner with enterprise architecture to follow standards and best practices
Review designs and ensure quality, security, and compliance
Communicate plans and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
Stay current on new tools and bring ideas to improve the data platform
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience building data platforms and analytics solutions
Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks
Strong knowledge of data design, data models, and data pipelines
Experience working with data warehouses and analytics systems
Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, practical solutions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Experience with healthcare data standards such as FHIR or HL7
Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics tools
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or metadata management
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 138,600 - 231,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
