Gift of Life Donor Program, a non-profit agency serving eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware. We are responsible for recovering organs and tissues used in lifesaving and life-enhancing transplants. Â Â
Job Summary:
Must live in the Philadelphia area currently. Will be responsible for the delivery of reporting and business intelligence deliverables to internal and external stakeholders to make informed decisions and/or derive insights with respect to Gift of Life Donor Program (GLDP) strategic goals and objectives, utilizing Power BI, SSRS, SSMS, and SSAS. Â

What we want in a Senior Data Analyst:
- BS degree in information management, operations research, applied math, data science, computer science, or related field.
- Ability and experience facilitating meetings
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, SSMS, SSAS, and SSRS skills with experience building reports and dashboardsÂ
- Proficiency in a statistical programming language like R or Python.
- Local candidate required

Some of what you’ll be doing:
Â
- Develop reports and dashboards to support stakeholders in making evidence-based decisions in setting and achieving Gift of Life Donor Program (GLDP) strategic goals and objectives. Add value through the application of different data analysis techniques and identify new opportunities where advanced analytical techniques can be leveraged to solve business problems.
- Assist in planning for future resource requirements that are necessary to support ongoing and new information deliverables.  Collaborate in the development and implementation of processes to manage the availability and performance of data assets and deliverables.
- Support efforts to promote stakeholder data literacy to derive additional value out of information deliverables.
- Apply advanced analytic or statistical skills to derive actionable insights that assist stakeholders in realizing operational and strategic objectives
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including intake, stakeholder engagement, testing, implementation, and documentationÂ
- Promotes a learning environment and shares knowledge with the team
Some additional Requirements for the Senior Data Analyst include:
- Demonstrated application of statistical techniques for project work. Â
- Excellent command of effective data visualization and storytelling concepts. Â Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Â
