Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a growing Construction Manager/General Contractor. This role is responsible for managing daily on-site construction activities and ensuring commercial projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction operations

• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel

• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, schedule, and budget

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owner representatives

• Enforce safety standards and site compliance

• Lead job site meetings and maintain project documentation

• Oversee quality control and project close-out

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction field management experience

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and scheduling

• Proven leadership and organizational skills

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and project teams

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
