We're seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to serve as the CFO's strategic right hand — turning complex, multi-site healthcare operations into sharp forecasts, rigorous analysis, and decisions the executive team and Board can act on.This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You will be the primary financial business partner to the CEO, CFO, COO, and Board — building the planning discipline, performance infrastructure, and talent engine that scale with the business. You'll work directly with our private equity sponsor, Waud Capital, and play a central role in Ivy Health's next chapter: continued organic growth, De Novo expansion, M&A, and a future exit/IPO.

This position has the opportunity to work remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zone (EST/CST), with required travel for business meetings.
STRATEGIC PRIORITIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Strategic Financial LeadershipÂ
Serve as the CFO's primary deputy on all planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investor & lender-facing financial mattersÂ
Lead the development and execution of the annual operating budget, multi-year strategic financial plan, and rolling forecasts aligned to value creation objectivesÂ
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to translate financial performance, market dynamics, and operational trends into Board narratives and investor materialsÂ
Drive scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and capital allocation frameworks that sharpen strategic decision-making and cashflow management Â
Build investor-grade financial forecasting models, strategic narratives, and public-company ready processes to support next investor phase for Ivy HealthÂ
Lead financial and operational analytics to support future capital raises from lenders and investors   Â
Own the development of business cases and ROI models to support strategic investments including operational, technology and AI, and corporate infrastructureÂ
Performance Management & ReportingÂ
Architect and own the company's end-to-end performance management reporting for the Ivy senior leadership, board and PE sponsor — including KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis, forecasting scenario analysis including risks and opportunities, and capital planning Â
Lead monthly and quarterly operating reviews with the Ivy executive leadership team and PE sponsors, with clear linkage from operational drivers to consolidated financial resultsÂ
Oversee financial reporting obligations to the company's equity sponsor and lender group, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and covenant complianceÂ
Lead a data science team to provide operational insights and models to support enterprise value creation Â
Oversee cost management and optimization throughout the company with a focus on corporate investments, vendor procurement, and operational cost insights Â
Partner with Accounting through the monthly close to validate financials and deliver rapid, decision-grade management reporting including cost center level, actionable reporting Â
Leverage AI and automation to drive actionable insights at both the executive leadership level and the clinic levelÂ
FP&A Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentÂ
Build, lead, and develop a best-in-class FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement while championing Ivy Health’s core values Â
Establish clear roles, development plans, and succession pathways; attract top finance talent to support the company's scaling trajectoryÂ
Prepare the FP&A team for the next phase of the Ivy Health investors including leading the team through a potential exit process  Â
Champion AI adoption in FP&A including embedding AI tools in workflows and coaching the FP&A team to leverage these tools Â
Technology, Systems & Scalable InfrastructureÂ
Own the FP&A technology roadmap — implementing and optimizing, AI and BI tools (e.g., Adaptive, Power BI, Claude, Co-Pilot, Gemini) to support scale and efficiency Â
Partner with Controller and IT leadership to modernize the financial data ecosystem, drive automation, and reduce manual reporting burdenÂ
Build scalable financial processes and controls that can efficiently support multi-state clinic expansion and acquisitions integrationsÂ
Cross-Functional PartnershipÂ
Provide financial leadership and partnership to the Revenue Cycle function, including revenue recognition, collections performance, and revenue analyticsÂ
Partner across the entire enterprise on developing investment business cases and value creation realization tracking with a specific focus and expertise in AI investment ROI modelsÂ
Provide financial and procurement rigor to optimize costs throughout the enterpriseÂ
Lead enterprise risk management process    Â
Partner with executive leadership team and the Chief of Staff to drive execution on the enterprise priority processÂ
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEÂ
RequiredÂ
15+ years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior FP&A and / or finance leadership roleÂ
Demonstrated track record in multi-site, multi-state healthcare services or similar operationally complex, high-growth environmentsÂ
Prior experience working within or directly alongside private equity-backed companies including sponsor-grade reporting and board-level presentationsÂ
Expertise in financial modeling, business case development, scenario analysis, and long-range planningÂ
Strong command of healthcare financial drivers including healthcare revenue and operating costs, corporate costs, capital, and initiative-level ROI value creation pull through  Â
Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale finance teams in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations including experience with M&A, De Novos, and organic growth opportunitiesÂ
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferredÂ
Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modeling; experience with enterprise BI or planning platforms (Workday Adaptive, Power BI,) and experience with AI LLM platforms (Claude, Co-pilot, and Cowork).  Â
Familiarity with lender reporting obligations, covenant compliance, and debt capital structures common in PE-backed platformsÂ
Experience in PE exit processes and / or public company FP&AÂ Â Â
