Mileage is reimbursed at $0.65 per mile. Position Summary The CTSS Therapist provides individual and family therapy to children and adolescents in therapeutic foster care, helping them transition successfully and maintain stability in their placements. Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings while working closely with families, foster care providers, and treatment teams. Qualifications  Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical mental health field Minimum of 1 year of post-master's experience working with children and families in mental health or child welfare Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) preferred Experience with family systems and behavioral interventions Strong communication and documentation skills Valid Act 33 and Act 34 clearances Key Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy in homes, schools, and community settings Collaborate with foster families, biological families, schools, and community partners Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation Participate in crisis intervention and case planning Support youth through placement transitions and discharge planning Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency and regulatory requirements Attend required trainings and maintain applicable licensure or certifications Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick Time, Vacation, and 10 Paid Holidays Mileage reimbursement at $0.65 per mile for work-related travel Why Join Us?
