We are seeking a Treasury Management System Ownerto join our RESIG Team, the largest real estate private fund administrator by funds administered. What Work You WillĀ be Responsible For:

Operations (85%):

  • Serve as the primary support resource for Kyriba TMS, managing daily operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionĀ 

  • Act as the liaison between treasury, accounting, IT, and external vendorsĀ 

  • Support cash positioning, forecasting, bank connectivity, and payment workflows within KyribaĀ 

  • Maintain system configurations, user access, and data integrityĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ and resolve discrepancies and support system enhancements and implementationsĀ 

  • Document processes, train users, and drive adoption of best practicesĀ 

  • Act as Kyriba SME and partner with teams to improve treasury operations and efficiencyĀ 

End Customer Satisfaction / Process Efficiency (15%):

  • EnsureĀ timelyĀ issue resolution and clear stakeholder communicationĀ 

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardizationĀ 

  • Perform root cause analysis and partner with IT to enhance system functionalityĀ 

  • Support initiatives toĀ optimizeĀ treasury processes and reduce manual effortĀ 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fieldĀ 

  • 2+ years of Kyriba experienceĀ

Preferred/DesiredĀ Qualifications:

  • Treasury experience (cash management, forecasting, banking operations)Ā 

  • Treasury Management System experienceĀ 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with treasury, accounting, and ITĀ 

  • Fund accounting experience and exposure to private equity real estate funds are a plusĀ 

  • Strong understanding of treasury systems, bank connectivity, and paymentsĀ 

  • ProficiencyĀ in Excel; highly organized, proactive, andĀ detail-orientedĀ 

  • Strong communicationĀ skills and ability to work in a global team environmentĀ
