Our dental office is searching for a high-energy, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to be the friendly face and voice that helps our patients feel at home. This isn’t just another desk job—you’ll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment, feel confident about their care, and keep their smiles on track. If you’re a people person who thrives in a busy, supportive, and upbeat environment, this role is for you!    What You’ll Be Doing: Presenting comprehensive treatment plans to patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns with confidence.  Managing phones and scheduling with a smile.  Processing payments, posting transactions, and helping patients with financing options.  Tracking case acceptance, payments, and creating daily/weekly reports.   Following up with patients who have unscheduled treatment (because we care about every smile!).   Handling general office duties—referrals, data entry, and keeping things running smoothly.   What We’re Looking For: A detail-oriented multitasker who loves staying organized. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (or similar software). Basic knowledge of clerical procedures like filing, recordkeeping, and data entry. Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. Previous front office or clerical experience preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus!
