This role is integral to maintaining the flow of inventory and supporting the overall operations of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: - Operate forklifts, including clamp forklifts, to transport goods efficiently within the warehouse. - Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper handling and placement of inventory. - Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify quantities to maintain inventory accuracy. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and address any logistical challenges. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards. - Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock counts and data entry, to support inventory accuracy and availability. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment. - Proven experience operating forklifts, particularly clamp forklifts. - Experience in loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.
