What you will do...
Sales Planning- Collaborate with customer teams to develop goals and priorities including volume, distribution, display opportunities and drive window focus. Liaison between customer teams and Retail Planning to coordinate promotional plans. EffectivelyĀ & efficientlyĀ facilitateĀ two-way communication to ensure clarity and maximize execution.⯠Responsible for developing and managing product allocations.Ā IdentifyĀ market specific business development opportunities to grow Campbell Snacks share.āÆĀ
KPI Tracking/Analysis ā Lead the creation of customer specific key KPI trackers (In stocks,Ā promo /displayĀ objectives, reset execution and innovation speed-to-shelf). Update Field Execution team,Ā identifyingĀ opportunities andĀ facilitatingĀ feedback on performance. Analyze performance and incorporate learnings into future planning.Ā
Customer Selling ā Creates compression selling materials to enable Field Execution team to drive alignment & support.⯠Leads customer driven, execution meetingsĀ with the FSF Leaders.āÆĀ
Other- Coordinate service issue resolution. LeadĀ effortsĀ around service reporting,Ā exampleĀ Global Worx.Ā
Helps deliver significant volume growth, whileĀ maintainingĀ continued growth in profitabilityĀ
Provides overall management and leadershipĀ ofĀ the planning, reporting and post promotional analysis.⯠āÆĀ

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is betweenĀ
$104,400-$150,100Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
